My business is built one relationship at a time and my approach is best described as relational not transactional. You may be asking yourself what that means. Well, most people in this industry prospect for new business. They do things like direct mail, cold calling, door knocking and advertising. You’ve probably been on the receiving end of many attempts to solicit your business. The point is that most people spend the majority of their time and resources chasing down their next transaction. Here’s what I want to share with you – I DON’T DO ANY OF THAT! I take 100% of my time and resources and devote them to serving the needs of you and my other clients. When you have a question I respond quickly. I work when you need me, not when the bank closes its doors. I aim to provide a customer service experience that’s second to none in my industry. Then I follow it up and take great care of you for life. I consider my clients my friends…and I actively seek to maintain my relationship with you.

All I ask is that while I’m serving you, both now and in the future, that you refer me to people of comparable quality to yourself. I do business by REFERRAL ONLY! I feel that taking care of people and serving their needs is my primary purpose.
